Tweedledum and Tweedledee safely delivered. I found a good use for those little bits of ribbon that you find on the shoulder seam of jumpers and t-shirts. I always remove them immediately because they get in the way and have a growing pile of them waiting for inspiration. I hole-punched one of my cards and attached it, using a co-ordinated piece of ribbon, to the centre button of each stool. Voila! professional looking and useful. At last, I knew they would come in handy.
Had an excellent meeting at Craft Revolution, followed by another the following day to discuss specifics. I will be running a course in October, not anything to do with furniture, on making felt beads. Looking forward to the challenge. Anyone who is interested, contact Craft Revolution direct and book on. The first course will be at a reduced price as it is a kind of trial run, testing the facilities and the viability.
Meanwhile, there is another Art Walk in Market Drayton with wine provided (hurrah) on Friday 27 September. If you are in the area, come along and meet some of the crafters
